GUARANTEE:
All our items are handmade. We try as much as we can to reproduce the exact same item as the picture on this website catalog. Note that all handmade jewelry will differ slightly due to the nature of the craft and may include minor variations in the overall size of the piece(s) and/or minor differences in the colors and the shape.

We use government wood for all our wooden items which guarantee that for every tree cut down another one is planted. This ensures the continuity of our business as well.

All the metal we are using is nickel free and most of it is stainless steel, all the painting we are using is lead free, you will not get any problems with the customs or the customers.

PRICING:
All prices are in Dollars and FOB Bali Indonesia. Additional charges may applyfor sizing, packing or other adjustments. Every effort is made to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but sometimes mistakes do happen. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item at the incorrect price. Notification will be sent within (2) business days to the email address listed on the order.

DELIVERY:
Your order will be treated within (2) business days after we receive it.  We will check the availability for all the items that you did order. All items that are in stock will be shipped within three (3) to five (5) days of payment confirmation.

For the rest of the items, we will confirm you about the delivery time within two business days by email. Options for ordering a similar item will be included in this email notice.

SHIPMENT:
The shipment will be discussed with the customer. We have three kind of possibility: Express courier as DHL, FedEx or UPS; airfreight shipment or sea freight shipment using cargo companies. The volume and the weight of your shipment will help you to decide which way you will ship your goods. The shipment quotation will be announced to the customer after we receive the order within (2) days business.

TERM OF PAYMENT:
When we have the goods in stock, 100% of the payment is required before shipment. When it is an order that we have to produce, the deposit will have to be 50% from the amount and the balance will have to be paid before the shipment. All the payment will have to be full amount and made by Telex Transfer to our bank account. The goods will be shipped when the transfer is received in our account.

MINIMUM ORDER:
Lambada Jewelry is manufacturer and wholesaler based in Indonesia. Shipping cost is not interesting for small orders. Also to produce items, we need a minimum quantity. We set the  minimum order on this website at 800 USD.
